ONE GREEK SUMMER
I picked this up recently feeling the urge to travel but stay on my couch. Why not a summer in Greece through the pages of a book.
ONE GREEK SUMMER by Kate Frost is about one woman’s journey abroad to reconcile her tumultuous relationship with her mother and maybe relax, resolve her wanderlust and maybe figure out her life.
One could only hope.
I think this book will appeal to a younger audience. Perhaps a reader looking to explore themselves as much as Greece.
For me it lacked a little depth and excitement. The love story was a bit odd being both exploratory and timid. And I wanted the character to grow up a bit.
Overall, I think it would make a light and breezy, beach read perfect for enjoying with a glass of something age appropriate.
