I can’t believe I’ve read another Mary Kubica novel. I swore I wouldn’t pick up another book written by her, but I did. The premise sounded so good I broke a promise to myself and requested it.

Meghan Michaels is a hardworking, underappreciated ICU nurse at the local hospital. She recently separated from her husband and is now living on her own with her daughter, Sienna. Sienna is a lot to handle on her own, but Meghan is handling the best she can on her own while working overnight shifts at the hospital.
One night while on duty a high-risk patient comes in and becomes a patient in Meghan’s ICU. There are a lot of questions surrounding the event that brought this patient in. At first, there are more questions than answers but slowly the clues start to come together and when you find out what really happened to the patient, you’ll be surprised.

I’m so glad I was wrong about Mary Kubica and I’m so glad I was right about SHE’S NOT SORRY. It was just the thriller I was looking for. The twists and surprises felt executed by a seasoned professional and I loved having my reading sessions in Kubica’s hands.
It’s a mind maze, a series of questions answered only to bring up new questions. Everything you know for sure is no longer certain. Everything you thought was, wasn’t and everything you needed to be, couldn’t. I enjoyed my time reading SHE’S NOT SORRY and I think you will too.
